- Payment Processing: We utilize PayHere (Private) Limited as our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to PayHere's terms and conditions.
4. Delivery
- Delivery Area: We deliver within specific areas in and around Minuwangoda. Orders outside our delivery zones may not be accepted.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted.
- Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on refunds and returns.
6. Use of Service
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others or impair the functionality of our services.

Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations
- Before Confirmation: You may cancel your order at any time before it is confirmed by us.
- After Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations can be negotiated with us and feel free to contact us anytime.

- Order Cancellations: Order cancellations will be eligible for a full refund. For orders under the "Before Confirmation" category, refunds will be processed easily. For orders canceled after confirmation, refunds will be subject to discussion with the restaurant management.
