1. The family room is free for 2 hours if the total bill exceeds LKR 50,000.
2. If the bill is under LKR 50,000, a charge of LKR 5,000 per hour will apply.
3. No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the family room.
4. A non-refundable advance deposit of LKR 5,000 is required to confirm the booking.
5. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
6. The family room is for family-friendly gatherings only, and inappropriate behavior may result in removal.
7. Guests are responsible for any damage to the family room or its contents.
