Delete Your Account

The quickest way is from the app itself. Your account is deleted straight away.

1. Open the Mr. Fawz app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap your name at the top to open Edit profile.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. Include the phone number on your account so we can find it. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 7 days.

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your saved delivery addresses and map locations.
• Your password and your Google or Apple sign-in link.
• Your device's notification token, so we stop sending you notifications.

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered and you won't be able to sign in to it again.

We keep records of orders you have already placed, including the name, phone number and delivery address given on each order, because we need them for accounting, tax and payment dispute purposes. These records are no longer connected to an account. Card details are never stored by us; online payments are handled by PayHere.
